The homeowner wanted it totally redone as well as a closet built to hide the utilities as seen here.

We would also redo the floor with new tile.

Even the Entry and storm door would be replaced.

The door leading to the kitchen would also be a thing of the past because the new space was going to be so much more beautiful.

The new closet is framed.

We also added an area for a pulldown staircase that we would provide and install instead of the normal 'scuttle" hole that is used to access the attic.
