Years ago, we remodeled this Waterford Kitchen. We did almost everything except for the flooring. The homeowners were happy with the results but after looking at some new cabinets, one of them wanted to change the lower cabinets to a blue color as blue seems to be the new trend in colors used in...

The homeowners decided the best plan to accomplish the look that they were after was to paint all of the lower cabinets instead of replacing them.

They signed a contract with us to paint the lower cabinets as well as some bathroom rennovations (we will show those before and after in the bathroom portfolio).

The cost savings left enough to do the bathroom work that they desired to have done.

The nice thing about the painting of the cabinets was that the homeowners selected the shade of blue that they desired.

Corian was a popular choice for Countertops before Granite became more available. One of the main advantages of the Corian top was the way that the sink was molded into the top. There is no visible seam. We did not do this original top for this customer. But we had built her a detached garage,...

Unfortunately, there was a very cold day where this sink was met with boiling water. this caused the sink to crack and leak. She called us to see what we could do about this situation. Admittedly, we never dealt with this type of situation before regarding a cracked Corian sink.

When we were at this Pontiac home going over the blueprints for her new bathroom, this client asked if we could add remodeling her kitchen to the scope of the work.

Our client wanted everything is this kitchen to be removed down to the studs including her ceiling.

The only thing about this kitchen that would remain the same is the Fridge and the oven!

This demo took place during the Winter months...once we had the new Building permit for the kitchen.

Fortunately, we were able to insulate this Ceiling quickly after our inspections...this is how much ceiling insulation used to be present. Once we added the new wall and ceiling insulation, the client could not believe how much warmer this part of the home became during the Winter!

Now for the new kitchen...the floor that you see is LVT...a simulated wood floor plank done in Vinyl tile.

The new Countertops are Granite with a tiled Backsplash.

A new Undermount sink with a new garbage disposal and brand new Delta Faucet makes for a great combination!
