These Milford Homeowners had just purchased their home. They noticed that the shingles on their shed were failing, so they called us in to take care of that.

The new shingles are GAF Architectural shingles. Nicer looking shingles that will stand the test of time better than the previous 3 tab shingles.

The rear of the home had leaked upstairs last year.

Being that the roof leaked in the late Winter and not too much in the Spring, we felt that Ice dams could be the cause so we also opened up the rear overhang to get more airflow into the roof.
