The shed was built too low with the concrete apron sloping back to the shed causing water to rot the bottom and along the frame.

The new side garden received new plantings, and the lawn was extended after the removal of the fence. We raised the grade up by 8" and installed buried drainage to direct water away from this area. New pavers and stepping stone pavers in porcelain were added.

We extended the deck across the hill to minimize walking up steps, added stainless steel cable railings to the deck for a more airly look, New pavers and pool coping was added to allow for seating areas around the pool.

At the end of the path to the side garden the planting has now matured.

The house was repainted now the color blends with the paving choice and the planting 'pops' against the blue-grey. Our client is so impressed that the planting is changing through the entire seasons and every month something new is in flower.
