We were commissioned to work on this property that was newly acquired for a young busy family. The outside space is large but very much neglected and relatively unusable. The previous owner had built steps, walls and paving but poor quality and durability of the materials were not selected for ease of use, and poor weather. We looked at the property as a whole and prepared a site master plan showing the full potential of this home. We have just completed this project after working on it for three years. The improvements included a new IPE deck with screened-in porch, new garage, and terraces both front and rear, walls and steps complete with new lighting and planting throughout.
