This 1990 home was purchased by our client with the intention to remodel. There were many outdated finishes and materials throughout the home, and the layout was extremely constrictive to flow and furniture placement with many rooms and hallways to work around. We started with a goals and objectives list for the new home owners, and together we developed a layout design that encompassed two master suites, an office, large gourmet kitchen, designated pet room, and a wide-open living space that flows easily out to a spacious deck. We were able to combine and reorganize spaces throughout the home and removed an unneeded hallway to give a more open feel. These clients are now ready for entertaining!
