These clients were living in the original 1980 custom home they helped design and build many years ago! The shag carpet in both bathrooms was old and tired, the lighting was poor, and the wallpaper and antique brass faucets were shouting to come out. Time for a facelift!

We brightened both bathrooms significantly by selecting fresh, light colored, timeless materials. New lighting accompanied with light colored tile, white quartz, and white walls all work together for a brighter, more expansive, clean look in both bathrooms. As one bathroom is in the basement on a slab floor and the other bathroom is on a 2nd floor, we needed to keep the existing plumbing in the same place to keep the cost in check. These clients came to us by referral from their neighbor who Renaissance worked with about 8 years ago...that's the kind of lasting impression that we always strive to create.
