The clients liked their current layout and did not want to move things around, but wanted better storage, more functionality, and more personality. Our clients wanted a new kitchen that supports their culinary needs, reflects their artistic flare and love of color, and boasts their creative personalities. We chose a frameless custom cabinetry with solid alder fronts. We commissioned custom art tiles from a local artist and applied them to the face of some of the upper cabinet doors in an artistic gallery style. The layout incorporated many cabinet accessories for organization and functionality. A wavy textured tile was selected for the full height backsplash for an easy clean surface but also added a little whimsey to the overall design. The end result is truly beautiful and unique. The new kitchen is a work of art that functions like a workhorse in their busy lifestyles.
