Loft addition completed by Mariano & Co., LLC! Our clients came to us looking to create a loft/play area for their little ones, with using the dead space they had in their two-story home (see the before photos). Team Mariano created the space with installing shelving for toys, books, etc., We installed tile flooring, matched the existing base molding, & completed paint touchups. Installed lighting for the new ceiling at the entrance and added electrical within the loft area. Now, with the project complete, it looks as if the loft was always there!
