Team Mariano formed a new layout, that provides an open flow from the kitchen to the living room. We were able to remove the soffit in the kitchen, which allowed Lloyd, our cabinet expert, to extend the cabinets to the ceiling for additional storage. This new layout also allows room for an island with an overhang, perfect for a pair of bar stools. The cabinets are from our signature series line of cabinetry, with a designer white painted finish. Our clients selected a solid grey quartz for their countertops and a neutral backsplash to bring everything together! We removed the original 1980's linoleum flooring and carpet, replacing it with an updated porcelain tile. Our team also completed work in the Arizona room, installing new windows, wood tile flooring, etc.
