The downtown neighborhoods of Greenwich, CT have seen a dramatic rise in the need for well appointed houses. This need has been fueled by older town residents who no longer want to live in and maintain their stately homes on the outskirts of town but want to remain part of the community. A downtown location provides them with easy access to the districts’ shopping, dining and medical services. This project consists of two multi-family dwellings which front a main road. While many of the new homes being built are out of scale and character with the existing neighborhood, these were designed to enhance the streetscape by providing well scaled homes of unique character.
