We enhanced the whimsical character of the original house with lots of details including custom cottage-style cabinetry, scalloped cut-outs, and that particular hue of green paint straight out of a 1940s-era decor magazine.

Many of these motifs draw on other detailing throughout the house creating a unified connection between the new kitchen and other living areas. Combining color and supporting details like amber crystal knobs, William Morris designed wallpaper, and glass fronted cabinetry creates a kitchen that fits this lighthearted home. From floor to ceiling, cabinets to lighting, each element in the house is the result of our design work.
