A three-year renovation and remodel of this1924 Mediterranean Revival duplex created two luxurious condominiums from a building once crumbling from years of neglect and water infiltration. Both the upper and lower units, with identical floor plans, were gutted and reconfigured for the new owners. Remaining true to the building’s historic nature, David Heide Design Studio replaced or recreated every surface, including all stone, tile, cabinetry, art glass, lighting, ironwork, and flooring.
