Moore Street Modern

Moore Street was an unusual purchase of a tired 20 year old property on Great Lake Tarpon. It is an acre and a quarter lot with a boat house, Dock and an endless view. Being in charge of the renovation was a labor of love. I really wanted to have every room flow into the next with a point of interest or feature that would bring comment and memory points to mind after viewing the home. Look through the photos and enjoy! Upon entering our Double-doored Foyer the Focal point of the whole home is immediately evident. The swaying Palm Trees and the Blue Water of the Lake Greet you!

For our feature wall in the Dining Area we floated a serving shelf and added wall sconces on each side of the art and Framed the wall out with shiplap that made the link with the rest of the Architecture in the home.

In the Master Bathroom we added new Cabinetry, Tilework, Mirrors, Lighting and Hardware. The new freestanding Tub was a focal point as you entered the room. We also did an above the counter shallow depth cabinet in white for product, medicine and cosmetics.

The walk in closet had ample storage for full Summer wardrobes! Lots of extra drawer space as well!

We added a ceiling feature to the Waterfront Guest Bedroom! It made all of the difference to the interest in the room. We constructed the beams out of leftover floor planking for this nod to Interior Architecture!

We cleverly added a Powder Room by stealing a bit of the closet to the 3rd bedroom, a linen closet and a bit from the Laundry! The added value to the home looked great in the Charcoal Shiplap with White Oak Vanity and Bubble Light!
