Oak Acres, Baltimore Symphony Show House 2015

Oak Acres is a beautiful Grand Dame of a House on N. Charles Street in Baltimore. In the Spring of 2015, 23 Interior Designers pitched together with the Baltimore Symphony to freshen and restore the house to raise money for the Music programs for the Children.

Upon entering the space we set up a table desk with two chairs on the angle as not to bar people visually from entering.

The study was just off the Dining Room. What a perfect grouping to sit by the fire after a big meal.

This version of a sunburst mirror had an intricate design. It was very elegant!

Our upholstered cornices were beautifully made with fabric covered crown molding topping them off with a more architectural look.

The custom built-ins were original to the room, We painted them a bright white and they contrasted nicely with the Believable Beige from Sherwin Williams Paint.

The Cheetah print Sofa merely came off as a texture in the composition of the space!

Our Paris Map was very popular at the Show House. It was Decoupaged onto Terra Cotta. Gina Fitzsimmons

Our Mantle had great detail to it after we painted it a bright white.

Our bronze Lion was the same as the lions outside of the Baltimore Museum!
