A peek into the Dining Room shows the rich furnishings and beautiful detailed moldings. The ceiling has a molded band with gold leaf corner medallions.

In the Tradional Dining Room at Patuxent River House the window treatment was a combination of a swag treatment with a stationary panel that was fixed to the guilded pole with decorative bullion knobs.

The Living room draperies were made in silk and installed on guilded wood poles. The tassle tie at the side of each panel adds a special finishing touch. The two chairs share a large oval ottoman by the window.

The arched windows in the room were treated with a bordered sheer fabric so the arch would show. The were tied back higher up to allow maximum lighting. The sectional has an attached chaise which provides the perfect seat for digging into a good book!
