Pasadena Paradise

One of my favorite before and after stories! It is really gratifying to work with wonderful clents that trust your vision even though it gets a bit scary along the way! Really Good People!

The After Shot! What a difference when you remove a few walls and bulkheads! It's like getting a new home! The new cabinets are taller and go to the ceiling, and , the whole room seems taller!

Here is the BEFORE SHOT of the Pasadena Kitchen that we just completed. We removed this wall and opened up the space. The room on the other side of the room was a den and we relocated the dining room to this space for easy access to the kitchen and the outdoor spaces.

In this shot you can see that we took the overhead microwave and installed it as a Microwave Drawer next to the new under counter oven.

In this seldom used desk area we replaced it with tons of storage as a pantry area.

Here is a great shot of the backsplash! We used Silestone on the counter top with Blue and Terra Cotta speckles and then picked up the natural background of the counter tops with the emperador light tumbled tile with the Denim Glass acccent tile!

Here are the samples that were presented to the client when we began the project! It all came together as planned! I hope you like the results!

BEFORE SHOT of the fireplace wall in the Dining Room.

The AFTER SHOT of the fireplace wall in the Dining room. We used recycled wood from an old warehouse and some newer wood to make the corbels. The rustic beams turned out so handsome!

Here is a shot of the Dining Room side of the kitchen. This is where we removed the wall. The beautiful cabinetry has an open display area for dishes and wine cubbies on each side!

Here is a beautiful close up of our Silestone counter top and the Emperador light tumbled tile with the Denim Glass Inserts!

We have a cool and comforting room with the colors of the water and easy-peasey slipcovered furniture for a relaxed look.
