In initial meetings the clients were only interested in new cabinets and a new grill. Then talks of a tiki hut were thrown out there, then a pool with a slide and the whole thing grew! Now it's a resort.
Fitting everything on the long wish list was a challenge! The existing space was not large enough; we had to expand the entire backyard/patio and screened area as far back as we could without interfering with the putting green and tennis court.
After much space planning and CAD work, we came up with a unique shape to incorporate everything on the list. We successfully achieved the goal of a resort with lots of planning and re-planning with architects and pool company. The client was grateful for an awesome and beautiful backyard.
Everything you might find at a high-end resort is now theirs in the privacy of their own backyard: a huge resort-style pool, hot tub, grotto, slide, waterfall, tiki hut with fireplace, tv, bar, new grill, new sink, cabinets and screened patio!
