A new patio was installed with Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth pavers and Copthorne accent. The lines of the patio create a quiet environment and allows the client to have a table and chairs in the shade of an old elegant Pear tree.

After a two year renovation to this home, due to fire damage, we have begun to fix the landscape. Damaged plantings were removed, the site was regraded and new lawn placed, plus the new fencing for privacy. Next stage is updating the hardscapes and new plantings.

This home is over 100 years old and had an aging wood porch and damaged columns. The wrought iron rails were removed and are being replaced.

When the porch was rebuilt, we took off the old brick steps and replaced with full spectrum bluestone along with the walkway.

The backyard needed a way to get to the garage on a rainy day without walking on the lawn.

A new modern deck that sits up quite high, needed some privacy. Carpinus Fran Fontaine trees were planted on either side and in three corners, Amelanchier trees for Spring white color. Lower plantings were variegated Dogwood to create brighter borders. Northwind Grasses were planted along the sunny...

This area had mostly Hosta and some old Viburnum. We brought in new plantings to renovate this part of the gardens.

The existing spirea were all transplanted to an empty area of the gardens and new Incrediball Hydrangea and Vinca ground cover were planted. The existing patio was cleaned and a few stones leveled.

The new full range bluestone and Eden risers replaced the broken concrete pavers and failing staircase. The railing was resized because the original staircase was curved.

This home needed both side entrances to the backyard renovated for guests to walk through. New Edenstone steppers were installed, new plantings and mulch. Tree work was also done to bring in more light.

Front walkway was covered with ground cover and was cleared.

This front landscape also lacked color. Besides the Hydrangea and Magnolia, Cotoneaster was added along the pathway.

The stately home in Highland Park needed a few outdoor updates. The backyard paths were walkable and uneven.

The second backyard staircase was rebuilt and redesigned.

The new composite deck was installed over the old brick patio and a new sliding glass door was installed to open up the back of the house from inside to outside. Evergreens were installed to finish the deck and a row of 24 Arborviates were planted to provide privacy.

The composite deck has lighted stairs and is now apart of the home with the new sliding glass doors. A sidewalk was extended around the new deck and the lawn was seeded. This home is nestled under six mature oak trees that were trimmed, so the lawn is somewhat a challenge.

An existing deck was torn down to the base structure and reconfigured to allow for a larger upper landing, a larger second dining landing and a safe stairway to a new patio. Cedar posts will be stained gray/black to match the homes existing posts.

The wood decking was removed, two freestanding planter boxes were taken out, skirting was changed to vertical composite boards and a new roof with composite decking was completed.
