The finished deck area is built with Timbertech flooring, risers and side panels for easy maintainence. The railings and Pergola are smooth unstained Cedar. It is best to leave the Cedar to over winter before staining or painting.

The Pergola was situated so that the views from the inside were not obstructed.

Hirsch, Brick and Stone added a walkway that wrapped around the new decking, giving easier access to the AC and a clean area to get to the back yard lawn.
