This home, sited on a Private Lake, was completely renovated. The existing landscape, with multiple retaining walls, was completely removed to open the home to views beyond. Dramatic grade changes created opportunities for living walls, sloping lawn expanses to the lake and stone stairways. A large tumbled blue stone/ limestone patio with fireplace was terraced off the entire expanse of the home in the backyard. A new entryway of tumbled blue stone and concrete pavers graces the front entrance. New plantings were brought in to stabilize slopes and soften the new architecture.
