The rain garden directed the water to the area behind the garage. Carex and daylillies were added. The existing Oak was beginning to show signs of weakening from being submerged in water and needed correcting.

The first step was to thin out the overhead trees to help dry the area out and bring in more light. All the plant material was removed and the site was graded to disperse the water more evenly across the site.
