This project came to us through a builder we work with. Our scope included the selection of finishes, lighting and furniture for this 5,320 square foot home being built to sell. This meant we had to consider a wider range of buyers when making selections. Budget also played a key role in this selection process, which meant we chose to select the more expensive materials for areas with the largest impact.
