Our client came to us because they wanted to update their standard 90’s condo. To make to 650 sq. ft. space feel larger, we conducted major renovations. We started by removing the wall between the kitchen and the living room to open up the space, as well as selected light hardwood flooring to make the space feel brighter. In addition, we included floor to ceiling drapery to make the ceilings feel taller. We also added floor to ceiling marble backsplash in the kitchen to define the main living space. Our client was pleased with the final results because we not only made the space more in-line with her style, but we did so with budget-friendly products and materials.
