We worked with PHW Homes to create a home for a young family that built a laneway house on their parent's property. They needed to pack as much functionality into their small living space as possible, especially the kitchen! One of the homeowners is a super passionate baker and needed the kitchen to support her craft. We re-worked the architectural drawings to maximize the function of the kitchen and add a space to fit a wall oven and built in microwave, which most people will agree is tight in a laneway! The result is an amazing kitchen that doesn't feel too large for the space. We selected a beautiful engineered hardwood floor as the base to the light and airy interior palette.
