This was a ski-in, ski-out, luxury rental property in Whistler. Our clients came to us with a townhouse that we ultimately ripped down to the foundation and rebuilt. They wanted a space that had a modern feel, but was also comfortable for guests renting the property. We used wood detailing to add warmth to the home, but also kept a modern, streamlined style throughout. Furthermore, they needed a space that was durable and could handle guests coming in with skiing equipment and boots. We incorporated quality finishes including granite flooring and leather furniture.
