A family of four living in Steveston was debating whether or not they wanted to move, yet the family friendly neighborhood of their current townhome was what swayed their decision to stay put. Instead of relocating, the family decided to renovate their current home. They needed a space that reflected their dynamic and lively personalities. Their current design was dark and outdated, opening up the space added the brightness and function they needed. We completed renovated the main floor of their townhome, opening up their kitchen to the dining area, smoothing the ceiling, adding pot lighting, and re-working the overall layout. The main floor also included a powder that we freshened up and upstairs we renovated the main bathroom. We worked with the client on the renovation, furniture and styling of the space.
