With beautiful views to the ocean and beyond, we were involved in this 3,300 square foot new construction project from the architectural drawings phase, to move-in ready for the family of four. Our clients were open to colour and really wanted to create a bright space. The goal was to embody a modern design that felt warm and inviting. They are an active family in need of a space that utilized durable materials yet still followed their desired clean and modern look. By creating nodes and accents of colour, while still maintaining a streamline design elsewhere, we were able to give the family the space they were dreaming of.
