We just LOVED designing this space for the one young girl who lived in this home. This wonderful old charming home in Bronxville had many obstacles for us, as designers and organizers...but as you will see the finished playroom was exactly what the client and her daughter needed! We redesigned the random wall storage that was there and made it beautiful and functional;. We kept the clients couch and added book edges for books and a small teepee for cozy reading In addition, we added lost of storage for puzzles, games and art supplies. We also added a table and chairs. Under the stairs, we cleverly added a beautiful playhouse with chalkboard, dress up clothes, kitchen set and more! We just love the way this playroom came out!
