This basement playroom really need our LOVE! With four kids and a relatively small dark and unfunctional basement, we had to put our heart and soul into this space! With 3 children, and one on the way, we decided to create a multi zoned playroom that woudl engage the kids in all types of play: physical ninja activities, pretend play, art and lego play and of course floor play. We set out to design functional toy store by making a wonderful closet along one side of the room, and then focused on having the majority of the space be a ninja-warrior/ climbing zone with lots of challenging and soothing activities! We used most fo the products form our very own playroom store, and set to work to create one happy focal point, with a mural and climbing wall, as well as hanging hand holds, monkey bars, climbing net, ceiling hammock and a foam pit! We also made sure to leave lots of room for jumping, balancing, hand stands etc... Then on the other side of the room, we designed a custom art nook with magnetic dry erase board! This sensory rich playroom is SURE TO PLEASE its young clients! We just love the way it came out!
