We absolutely LOVED working with this family and designing this space in a beautiful large basement playroom! We designed this space for 3 children, a boy age 7, and girls ages 5 and 2. The older boy has some sensory processing seeking issues, and so we designed the basement playroom with his needs in mind. We wanted to challenge all of the children, so we created a circuit for the children. They can climb up a wall, go across the monkey bars and across the rock walls and back to the monkey bars, if they want. In addition, We designed a beautiful stage performing area with curtain lights that can turn on and off and a stage with velvet curtains. On the third floor, we designed an amazing SPY DEN! This was previously a large closet that was being used for some suitcases. We opened up the wall and added a window and mailbox, as well as some beautiful wall paper and shelving inside. Outside of the spy den, is a beautiful art area, complete with storage and art storage caddies on the wall. We absolutely LOVEd the way it turned out!
