Founder: Karri Bowen-Poole
Karri has been teaching and working with children for over 20 years. After receiving a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1991, she worked as a full time classroom teacher at private schools throughout the tri-state area. She worked at The Buckley School and Nightingale-Bamford Schools in New York City, Greenwich Academy and The Stanwich School in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Rye Presbyterian Nursery School in Rye, New York. Karri has planned, coordinated and developed curriculums for children from ages 3 to 12. Karri is the mother of 3 children.

Christine received her elementary and special education teaching credential from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California. She worked as a full time classroom teacher for children with learning disabilities and first grade children in Richmond, California. Chris trained teachers how to build community and collaboration in their classroom. She developed a teamwork curriculum for middle school students that is currently utilized in a school in Ross, California. Chris lives in Darien, Connecticut and is the mother of 2 children.
