Cameron Wood Makeover

The new island provided better flow and great prep space, the new range without the tall oven/microwave to the right offered a spacious cooking area and the new bar, fireplace and entry stairs gave this client an wonderful updated look

We exchanged the penisula for an island and opened up the cooking area that was shoehorned into a tight space

As is often the case a change in the kitchen area means changes in the adjacent family room. In this case it was the fireplace wal and added ceiling lighting

The old builder desk areas are usually boring and clutter catchers. The redo gave us a chance to create a nice bar area.

This was the access to the powder room. We moved the access to the main hall and used some of this space for a drop zone

Since we could us the new island as a landing area we put a pantry cabinet left of the refrigerator and gave it a built-in look

This dry bar replaced the old desk area. You can see the new entrance to the powder bath on the left. Before it was directly opposite the garage entry.

New fireplace wall. We whitewashed the brick, put in new base cabinets with floating shelves above.
