Weddington Breezeway and Deck

Redesigned the breezeway which was the "OWNER'S ENTRY" to make it more inviting and more connected to the new deck that we designed. A laundry was added along with new cabinetry for storage. The old deck was poorly designed and falling apart. The larger design plan included a new kitchen and family room design

Project Cost: $50,001 - $75,000
The existing brick was limewashed to allow it to better connect to the cabinetry and to lighten the space. The beaded ceiling and basket weave floor were existing. Exterior siding was taken from an out structure on the property and used to complete a wonderful mix of textures

Really great view of the new entry from the drive and the wonderful mix of textures - beaded ceiling, basketweave pavers, limewashed brick wall, and reclaimed siding (and tatami mat)
