Waterview Basement

The old basement and bar were "builder basic" and did not at all match the main floor are where we had redesigned the kitchen and family room areas.

New fireplace. The raised hearth was eliminated, framing was corrected, and new tile and marble added the finishes. New coved crown moulding at the ceiling
