Adding a curbless shower to our client's master bath was the main purpose of this remodel. Since the house has a post-tensioned slab, we had to be very careful no to cut any of the tendons, which was very close to happening! Thankfully we were able to work around them to give my client the shower he always envisioned. We also incorporated concrete patterned tile to bring a modern flare to this Spanish style home.

Guest Bath:

My client is a pilates instructor and had always wanted a steam shower to relax in after her long days at the gym. By adding pops of color to the cement tile on the floor and shower, we were able to transform this small bathroom to a quaint getaway that she had been dreaming of.
