Sometimes a space just needs a fresh coat of paint to give a renewed life and in this particular kitchen, we chose to replace the granite countertops with Calacatta Quartzite to reflect the light and paired with a cool grey subway tile backsplash to offset the warmth in the oak flooring. A new lower cabinet was also built at the peninsula to house integrated dog bowls for a seamless look.
