Coastal Third Story
This third story addition was particularly challenging due to its location in the center of the home. The multi-level ceiling in the new family room creates a visually appealing space. The french doors lead to a deck with a view to the Pacific Ocean. Winner-2015 Regional CotY Design Awards.
