When it came time to select the materials for the kitchen the client wanted simple tones with an explosion of color at the island, inspired by a piece of artwork the client wanted to hang in the dining room. The vibrant green engineered quartz island countertop melded nicely with the rich tones of the wood cabinets. An equally vibrant colored glass tile was selected as the backsplash, intended to offset the stark white Samsung Radianz countertop and compliment the island.
