Calm, Warm and Inviting. This Scripps Ranch home was opened up creating a pass through space for entertaining adjacent the kitchen into the living area by removing a complete center structure that obstructed all views. We wanted to keep the space as open and airy as possible by using a driftwood colored porcelain plank throughout downstairs. A hint of turquoise was added for a pop of color to tie in to the sea foam quartzite countertops.
