- The space would be opened by eliminating the wall separating the shower/tub
area from the rest of the bathroom​
- The shower would be a steam shower ​
- The vanity would be chic and urban in its style, preferably with two sinks​
- The tub would be free-standing​
- Natural light would be introduced to the entire space​
- Creative, yet functional, use of artificial light would be incorporated​
- The flooring would be heated​
