Hudnell Basement
The homeowner came to us eager to remodel the basement of their home. The basement was already a finished space, but failed to give them the “wow” factor they were looking for. The client had five major requests for the project:
A large bar where a person could stand behind the bar and serve drinks and
snacks to the guests sitting on the other side of the bar. There should be an accessible sink, wine refrigerator, and a TV. They envisioned an English Tavern with brick accents and wood-look flooring, but modern enough to have a
sports bar theme. The client wanted an ample number of areas for guests to
mingle, with a variety of places for them to set down their drink or snack.
An area for an entertainment center and seating so they could lounge and
watch TV and movies comfortably.
A small gaming area.
Half bath updates including new modern fixtures and vanity.
Most importantly, a shelving area to highlight the extensive bobble head
collection.
