This whole house remodel of a 2,277 sq. ft. home will give new life to a contemporary home originally built in the 1960’s. New Fleetwood doors and Kolbe windows, together with an expanded Ipe deck along the south and west sides of the house, showcase the home’s fabulous ocean views as never before. Since the home sits on a hillside, seven caissons were installed 15 feet deep to support the cantilevered master bath and expanded deck. New contemporary finishes and fixtures were installed throughout.
