Santa Ynez Ranch
This new 10,000 sq. ft. home, inspired by the simple Spanish colonial styles of South America, sits on an extensive ranch property at the base of Figueroa Mountain in the Santa Ynez Valley. With its reclaimed railroad trestle beam ceilings, hardwood floors, custom fireplace surrounds, and handcrafted metal work, the interior has more of a sophisticated European feel than a traditional ranch. Built around a central courtyard, the home is reminiscent of an Adalusian style hacienda. Resident amenities include a 10,000 bottle wine cellar and a swimming pool with permanent diving boulders.
