A covered patio with deck above allows the owners to soak in the property’s stunning ocean and mountain vistas. Special details of this traditional Spanish style home include high open beam ceilings, colorful Spanish accent tiles on the stairways, dark hardwood flooring in some areas and terracotta tile in others, and custom wrought iron hardware. Thompson Naylor was the architect on this project, while Shannon Scott provided the interior design.
