Almost every part of this Spanish Colonial style home was touched either for aesthetic or structural improvements and, in many cases, both. One design goal was to integrate new sections – kitchen, family room, guest wing, and two garages – with the older parts of the home, so they did not feel disconnected. Aging in Place was also an important part of the design decisions.
