The goal of this award winning project was to create an interactive outdoor space where the client could entertain guests, relax with his family and enjoy beautiful views of Santa Barbara from this Riviera location. The original deck was small and virtually unusable. Tile work and sandstone walls blending Moorish and Spanish motifs, along with a BBQ, fire pit seating area and spa, make this new deck functional as well as a work of art. (Architect: Kirk Gradin)
