The renovation of the existing interior related to the family’s evolving needs, and the new concept for the space required new layouts, new interior trim and reconfiguration of the walls. Inside Extensive remodeling took place beginning with the front foyer and stairway. By removing the existing kneewall and straightening out the previously angled stairway, the foyer became lighter and more current. The stepdown to the adjacent family room was removed, which also helped to update the space and improve flow. The renovated kitchen and adjoining breakfast room addition feature rich, warm colors and materials to create an inviting, yet highly functional, space. New flooring, doors, built-ins and finishes were added throughout the rest of the main level.

Upstairs, the master suite underwent a significant transformation. The new private retreat includes a luxurious bath, morning bar and his and her dressing areas. The expanded, spa-inspired master bath features a freestanding soaking tub, steam shower, his and her sinks, her dressing area and sleek, clean finishes. Sliding doors lead to a roof-top balcony, which overlooks the pool below.
