The owner of this Victorian asked us to develop the design and construction details for a new front entry stair structure and fence structure. The existing stairs were in very bad condition. Besides being a complicated structure from a design and waterproofing point of view, we also were required to come up with a design that satisfied the San Francisco Historic Planning Staff.
