The owner of this San Francisco Marina Style home wished to extensively remodel and open up this historic multi level home. The whole back end of the house needed to be reconstructed. A variance approval from the San Francisco Planning Department was required to rebuild certain aspects of the rear of the existing house. An all new, reconfigured kitchen was designed along with all newly remodeled and reconfigured bathrooms. Emphasis was placed on preserving the existing design character of the house.
